Permission to Go through Firewall
Does anyone know how to reconfigure WebRoot to let Akruto software through the firewall to sync my laptop and Android phone? Thanks.

It's not likely that Webroot's firewall is doing anything as it really only looks at stuff on a port level outgoing. It supplements the Windows Firewall.
I'd double check your local Windows firewall to see if anything is blocked and set a rule there to allow the program through.
You can also contact support to have the software itself Whitelisted.

OK... thanks. I don't have a support plan, so WebRoot (which I bought through Best Buy) won't do anything for me.
