If a company has Webroot SecureAnywhere installed without the firewall feature enabled on all domain computers. Is it acceptable/Best practice to disable the windows firewall? Basically, leaving endpoints without any type of firewall? In this scenerio there is a Sonicwall NSA at the network edge and the company is considered a HIPAA covered entity.

Hello samcarney,
It is best to leave all the Firewalls on. Our Firewall is really more of an "outbound portal monitor". Our Firewall watches the traffic leaving the endpoint, and works very well in conjunction with all other Firewall's. Our Best Practices recommendation is set Firewall to "ON" and with the Level set to "Default Block".
