We just bought a 70 seat license for the End Point protection. I installed it on 2 windows 7 computers without problems. However, the next 3 computers, 1 windows 7 which is virtual, 1 windows server 2003 and 1 Windows Server 2008R2 machines, after the install, it attempts to scan but keeps aborting. They are also not showing up in the console. The client window keeps changing from green to blue colors which I assume means having Internet connection problems. When it changes to green color, the scan starts and then after about 10 seconds, it auto aborts. All the computers can access the Internet. I even turned off the firewalls to see if that made a difference but no luck. The first 2 machines are fine. Also on the failing computers, they are showing subscription expired. Any ideas?
