Welcome to the Community Forums.
I am guessing, from the contents of your post, that you are referring to the Endpoint Security version of WSA rather than the Home/Consumer version? If so then you have posted in the wrong forum.
If that is the case then I can move the thread over to the right forum if you would like me to...just let me know, eitherway.

Is it possible to see the user logged in or potentially send a message to the user? We monitor +250 computers and some of them don't follow our naming scheme and we have no idea how to track it down.
Is there a list of advanced agent commands that I'm missing? I tried looking through some on the forums and the KB but didn't see anything pop out at me.
