Forgive my ignorance... my business Outlook just returned a scam email from my domain but not from me. For example, if my email was chuck@ruletheworld.com, this was from Madeline@ruletheworld.com. Ran a Webroot scan on my office PC and no threats found.  Any way this is traceable or otherwise how to handle?  Many thanks.
It's probably scammers just appending a random name to your domain and spoofing the email header.  If you didn't click any links or open any attachments from the email, then I doubt you have an infection.  Just mark that email as spam and delete it.
