seems to be slowing Sage Line 50? has the effect of putting sage to sleep and takes about 1 minute to awaken then is ok once awake, but leave for 2 mins and its back to sleep?

It is possibly that Webroot could be monitoring that software which is causing the slow down that you are experiencing.

 

I would advise reaching out to our Enterprise support team so they could pull some logs from an effected endpoint and see if this is the case.

Just FYI, we have another report where WSA is conflicting with Sage 200 and we are investigating. 

 

We will continue to monitor these issues and update accordingly.

We have seen another issue with Sage however it was related to a Sage problem. After disabling SMB 2.x or SMB 3.x on the client machine the issue was resolved.
