I hate to start a new thread but I am having trouble figuring out where to set up restrictions to certain domains and categories.
I changed it one time, and now I want to update/change settings categories and add domains that we need to block on the end users and I have no idea where to go.

I'm assuming you are asking about the Web Security Service?
Once you login on the console, click on the Policies tab. Pick the policy you want to edit by clicking the edit link under Actions. From there you can manage the categories allowed on the Categories tab, and you can add specific domains to block or allow under the Site Override tab, in the Add Individually section. Does that give you what you need?
