Has been a problem for about a week now. Have added the drive mapping program to allowed list. Still blocks traffic. Nothing else I can do but to close Webroot before opening the SharedFile tool and mapping the drive.

If you would please submit a trouble ticket so that Webroot support can check this for you. The files/program in question may simply need to be whitelisted.
