I've been trying to get the correct overrides created so that I can install Spectorsoft 360 either from the console or manually. Every time I create an override Spectorsoft installs to a new location so Webroot quarantines it. Anybody out there have experience with this?

You can either contact our support, who can whitelist it on our end, or you can try putting in an override on the console, either for just the executable or for the whole directory. The benefit of the former is that it gets whitelisted for everyone else who uses that software and is a Webroot customer:

I have the same problem. Each time Spector is deployed is is blocked by Webroot.
Each deployment has a different HD5 mash, so whitelisting is near impossible.
I'd ideally want to whitelist the app scroos my install based but that doesnt seem possible.

Check with support - the threat team here is able to create rules that can recognize different versions of the same software, for cases like this. Let me know if they're able to help out.
