Hi,

 

Has anyone had "subscription expired" come up on any of their endpoints?  This randomly happens, sometimes it will fix itself.  Other times I've got to remove Webroot and do a reinstall.  Our subscription has nearly 2 years left.

How often has this been happening?  Also, have you started working with support yet?  If not, let me know and I can open a case for you so they can grab some logs.

I often have the case in support "area where Webroot icon is red." I solves the problem by reinstalling the application with the removal of the directory WRdata in %programdata%. Alternatively, you can enter the key in the GUI application.
