Just rolled this out to our users today. Most had zero problems. One had a problem, and the prompt reads, "Please contact your network administrator to access the user interface of SecureAnywhere." He's not getting past that prompt, and he tried to run it as local admin. This is a Win 10 laptop. Has Vipre running on it prior to starting. Looking for help on how to proceed. Thanks in advance.

If you're wanting them to be able to make changes from the agent, you'll have to allow that at the policy level. Sounds like the User Interface is set to Hide in the policy, so switch that to show. And if you look under Basic Configuration and Scan Settings that has other UI settings you can turn on and off for the end user. If you want them to have full control of the agent you can put them in the Unmanaged group, but that's only for people who you trust to not turn it off or mess up the settings.
