Am I missing something, or is there really no way to whitelist websites that Web Threat Shield decides are compromised (such as our business banking website, that I know aren't conpromised)?
Also, WTS seems not to centrally log websites that it has decided to block, or show its reasons fro blocking. Surely there must be some way to see details of what it's doing? If not, this is a massive omission in an 'enterprise' system.
Can anyone enlighten me please?

Unfortunately there isn't a better way than contacting support to have the designation changed. We're working on an improved process for the future though. Sorry about that!
I too have found the sites WRSA blocks to be somewhat over aggressive. Within the last days it was blocking/throwing up warnings on a OneDrive for Business site directly linked from Microsoft.
Over-aggressive can be bad because it can lead to a "boy who called wolf" attitude.
