Clients of a customer of us uses Citrix. They have a few webcams connected on different clients. They are locally connected to the clients which connect through a Citrix-receiver. Since we installed Webroot on the network they can't use the webcams anymore. Webroot is only installed on the Citrix-server.
I checked with our Team and this is not a known issue.
