Webroot & Labtech Integration and connectwise support tckets

I am fairly new to webroot and am having some issues in regards to tickets that get generated in connectwise based on threat alerts that trigger emails from the distribution groups, these created tickets come in as catch all.  I"m told that I can use unityAPI through postman to configure my system to properly generate tickets in connectwise that are not catch all
I have been trying to understand postman, UnityAPI however i'm not having much luck setting this up, i've watched the demos but they don't really explain very well.  Wondering if someone could procvide some feed back on how to do this
