My Webite gpshvac.com reports by the Webroot Look Up there has been an infection within the last 12 months.  We have not had an infection by any other measurement other than what is being reported by Webroot.  This is causing some of my customers to receive an alert which they do not want to dismiss.  How can this be cleared up.  The lookup is reporting
