Everything should go over port 80 or 443, so you shouldn't have to open up anything special. Webroot does need to talk to the following servers, if you have to allow them manually:
*.prevxinfo.com
*.prevx.com
*.amazonaws.com
*.cloudfront.net
*.webrootcloudav.com
*.*.webrootcloudav.com
*.p4.webrootcloudav.com
*.compute.amazonaws.com
*.webroot.com
*.webrootanywhere.com
*.prevxinfo.com
*.prevx.com
*.amazonaws.com
*.cloudfront.net
*.webrootcloudav.com
*.*.webrootcloudav.com
*.p4.webrootcloudav.com
*.compute.amazonaws.com
*.webroot.com
*.webrootanywhere.com
