I have some machines that are in a Not Seen Recently status but when I check them the client is running.  Why does this happen and what are the security impacts?

As long as the agent is running on the endpoint you have nothing to worry about from a security standpoint. This issue can happen because of the firewall, or a change in servers.



I'd advise reaching out to our support team and they can investigate based upon your environment.
