I have a client who we just switched to Webroot.  Since the switch, the users are all getting Timed Backup:  Access Denied errors every few minutes.  I ran an Undetermined Software report for the site but nothing related to WordPerfect showed up in the report.  Online research seems to indicate an issue with Webroot and WordPerfect X6 and X7.  Is there a way to determine what is causing the conflict and/or a way to remedy the situation?

For this issue I would advise creating a support ticket so that our Enterprise team can take a look at this and potentially whitelist any unknown files.
