I cannot uninstall from Mac Catalina 10.15.6. I submitted a ticket five days ago. I have been on hold for an hour the past three days in a row and no answer. Someone PLEASE help me. No Webroot shows in the apps or anywhere in Finder on my computer. I cannot install new version of Webroot or any other virus protection. I cannot even reset my password and had to register a different account. Any help is appreciated.

Customer service is very bad. Even the guys in the Webroot community play gods when it comes to giving andy advice. I have gone through this 3 times. It eventually disappears in the long thread and then it’s closed.
I finally talked with someone and my issues were resolved. I hope I don’t have any more issues with the software this time.
