Hello! I am using macos catilina on my macbook pro and when I go into webroot click the application name at the top then If I select check for updates the button does nothing. Is there any new updates to webroot and why is the button not working?
Ok thanks for that I did see that the update will take a few hours to get through but someone said that 19 hours ago and I still don’t have the update. Is there any way to manually install the updates instead of automatically?

Not sure if this is getting out to this thread, but an update is being released this week to subdue the erroneous FDA popups. Keep an eye on the agent updates in the next week as it gets pushed out. Will only be for Catalina and will be version 9.1.2.121 - Hope that helps!
Ok but my oringnal question was why is it when I select the check for update button why does nothing happen

Let me ping a Mod that knows more about the Mac Client @Ssherjj@ProTruckDriver as it should at least say there is no update like the PC version?
May I ask if you have rebooted your Mac? If not reboot your system and try again to see if you get a message box like mine below: But I am running El Capitan ...I would Submit a Support Ticket and have them check out Webroot on your Mac. I would think that Webroot should give you a popup box...
