Ok thanks for that I did see that the update will take a few hours to get through but someone said that 19 hours ago and I still don’t have the update. Is there any way to manually install the updates instead of automatically?

Ok but my oringnal question was why is it when I select the check for update button why does nothing happen

Let me ping a Mod that knows more about the Mac Client @Ssherjj  @ProTruckDriver   as it should at least say there is no update like the PC version?

May I ask if you have rebooted your Mac? If not reboot your system and try again to see if you get a message box like mine below: But I am running El Capitan ...I would Submit a Support Ticket and have them check out Webroot on your Mac. I would think that Webroot should give you a popup box...
