A Google ad for one of our products displays Webroot’s red exclamation point warning. “When visiting this website there is a higher than average probability that you will be exposed to malicious links or payloads.”

Using Mac OS Google Chrome, Version 77.0.3865.120. Search is for “prosumer espresso machines rocket”. The company is Whole Latte Love.

We’ve inspected the page that the Google ad links to, and find no sign of any threats or malware: https://www.wholelattelove.com/products/rocket-espresso-appartamento?variant=14409398419515&utm_medium=cpc&utm_source=google&utm_campaign=Google%20Shopping&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIw-mV3pG15QIVCINaBR1fUQ6UEAQYBCABEgJZFPD_BwE

Any suggestions for how to fix this problem?

Thanks!

Unfortunately, this can happen :frowning2:

I think the correct procedure to get this sorted is the following:

  1. First, fill in the following form: https://www.brightcloud.com/tools/change-request.php
  2. Then, to add extra emphasis to your request, contact Webroot Support directly: https://www.webroot.com/us/en/support/contact

Hope that helps!

Do let us know if this is resolved properly. Thanks.

EDIT: I notice that when I check your website for threats, content & reputation with the Webroot tool created for that purpose, it comes back as being safe. So this may have to do with some other kind of embedded link in that Google ad. So maybe the problem lies with Google. However it will still be useful for you to contact Webroot Support directly for further advice as your first step.

That cant be fixed by the forum... You should contact webroot by ticket ( https://detail.webrootanywhere.com/servicewelcome.asp ) or by email. There may be more options just that these are the easiest ones.
