To able to access my company’s site I have had to install Open Link Pro-Browser.  Webroot is not able to  complete any scan on my Mac  and I am using Catalina10.15.7.   This incomplete scan also occurs when I am not in Safari/Catalina. and just reading my personal emails.  Can this problem be solved? and how can it be fixed?

With Mac and other issues it’s best to contact Webroot support directly also ask them about Open Link Pro-Browser at the same time.
