Hi,
As of now, the client you download from the GSM is still at version 9.0.10.62 rather than the Catalina compatible version 9.1.1.5
Any reason not to update this Webroot?

Well, that explains why reinstalling it on a Mac didn’t fix an issue I was having...
I opened a support case and was provided this link for the correct version: https://mac.webrootmultiplatform.com/production/wsa-mac/10.15/9.1.1.5/WSAMACSME.dmg
