The best thing for issues like this is to Submit a Support Ticket and they will let you know and sort it out for you!

Note: When submitting a Support Ticket, Please wait for a response from Support. Putting in another Support Ticket on this problem before Support responses will put your first Support Ticket at the end of the queue and support can take up to 48 hours to reply.

Submitted a month ago and still no answers from any one.  File is still blocked, Webroot alerts to it as suspicious so until I hear back if I ever do, then we will see what it is, no info out there that I can find.  Can anyone shed a little light on this file?  Thanks.
