Had a notice to update my webroot scan.  Followed directions: system preferences - privacy - full disk access - clicked “+” to unlock - selected webroot secure anywhere.  Then I was to click ‘open’.  Where is that?

My advice would be to Submit a Support Ticket and they will help you sort this out. This is a free service.
