Running mac version 10.14.5 Webroot complete. The realtime shield turns off. Told

me me to go into system preference, security and privacy

and grant full access to turn it on. could not get that to work. Uninstalled and reinstalled same massage. Went into Webroot preference

Realtime shield hit reset . It work for two days then error returned.

Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated.
