@PVaddi The problems we are having now that have been reported with:
- Long Scan Times
- Backup & Sync Not Working
- Beach Balls
Will these be all fixed when installing WSA for Mac on macOS Catalina when it gets released this month?
*** macOS Catalina has been released today October 7. ***
Yes I am having all those issues just running on El Capitan...🥴
Mac OS Catalina has slowed to a crawl. Don’t really know if it is WSA or Catalina.

Thank you Webroot for eventually sorting this out - just downloaded/installed (after completely uninstalling the old software) and everything appears to be working properly again :)

@slicker55 just for my own information you posted that you Completely uninstalled the old software. Was this done with Sudo Commands from Support or just the regular uninstall of Webroot on your Mac? When I upgrade to Catalina and install WSA again I’d like to bypass the bugs.
Thanks,
Dave.

… oh, and, during installation of the new version, you get prompted to allow full access with instructions on how to do this (for those who may need some help)….
Thank you @slicker55 for the information.
