The SecureAnywhere on my daughter’s mac had expired and I just purchased a new subscription covering 5 devices. I entered the new keycode on my pc and when I enter it on the mac the application closes. I suspect she has been infected based on this. Does anyone have any ideas?

Sorry to hear you are having issues with Webroot disappearing when you enter the new keycode on your daughters Mac. I do not believe this is a virus as there has been issues with Webroot running Catalina...if this is the Mac’s Operating System.
