Webroot won’t open after I tried uninstalling and re downloading it.  The icon shows up but I can’t open it.  Nothing works.  
I sent in a message but I  haven’t heard anything. 
I am on a Mac

What Mac OS are you using? If your using Catalina see here: https://community.webroot.com/webroot-secureanywhere-for-macs-18/webroot-logo-only-on-imac-344892 if some other OS please reply back.

That worked but now it is stuck in the authorizing installation.  I put in the password but nothing seems to be happening—the line is blue but isn’t moving.   Help again :)


Hi @lcaloia I’m not sure but it would be best to Submit a Support Ticket and they will help you as I’m not a Mac expert.

opened the download

still shows account expired, wony open screen to install keycode

still show an expired account

nothing works
