I have 646 days left to my subscription. WRSA shows up in a yellow mode - saying the subscription will expire and demanding I renew . The Renew Now button takes the place of the Scan Now button - so running a scan on demand cannot happen.
I have an iMac. I opened a ticket and was to told to uninstall/reinstall. Which I did. And the yellow warning of subscription expiration reappeared in less than 1 hour.
Anyone else have this problem?

I can say running WSA on my Mac I never had that problem. Since you already sent a Support Ticket in you can probably send another and tell them the Uninstall / Reinstall didn't work (Support Ticket Help is open 24/7). I would Contact Webroot Support on Monday and talk directly to them. I'll also ping our Forum Administrator@LLiddell and see if there is something on the back end of WSA or your Account that needs to be sorted.

Yeah this isn't anything I can do on my end, best bet is contacting support, as Dave suggested.
