I'm trying to add log in to Webroot on my iPad. I just recently created an account. When I created an account, it didn't ask for a username, only email address.

 

Please help.

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing.



I was able to locate your account but I see that the password permissions have not yet been enabled in your account.

 

Please navigate to our Knowledge Base article here, and follow the instructions to enable this.

 

After doing this you will need to wait about 15 minutes and then you should be able to use these features.
