After having updated to latest IOS on iPhone and iPad 2, Webroot browser has become unstable, shuting down when least expected, regularly. Any thoughts?

Hello gmorsefl,
Welcome to the Community Forum,
My best advice for SecureWeb is to delete both in the iphone and on the iPad.
From your iPhone can you try installing from iTunes noted here https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/webroot-secureweb-browser/id460986853?mt=8
and you can use this link also for your iPad. There isn't any difference that I'm aware of if you download and reinstall from the AppleStore.
I have an iPad and I find that using the AppleStore to be quicker and easier IMO.
I have deleted WSB on my iPad and reinstalled ait again when it was acting up. Sometimes a reinstall can fix things.
Hope this helps and if not please let us know.
Best Regards,
