Would you be able to advise as to which operating system your mobile device uses; Android or iOS, etc.?

 

Also if you would provide a bit more infomation as to what you mean by "having trouble loading"; is that installing the application, or running it, etc., and in either case if you could describe what you are seeing/any messages that are appearing that would very much help understand what the cause might be and so be able to advise as to the best course of action for you.
