Just downloaded the app and I am unable to Log in.  I know the pass word is correct.  Is this just a glitch?  What else can I try?

Welcome to the Community Forums.

 

It may be due to the version of the Mobile app that you have downloaded/installed...there can be some confusion around which one to use.

 

So please take time to review this previous thread on a very similar topic, especially the 3rd & 4th posts that may be of most help to you re. your issue.

 

If that doe not resolve the issue for you then please either come back here with further information on the issue or you can Open a Support Ticket so that the Support Team can look into this issue for you.
