I have added Webroot to my Android phone. We've purchased a second and cannot seem to install on second phone by way of webroot console. Could you tell me how to go about installing on second phone? Thanks

When I open Google Ply it indicates Webroot complete is installed? How do I indicate a different phone?
Are you using the other phone that doesn't have it installed? Maybe a new gmail address is needed that's not attached to your older Google Play account?
It's my husbands phone. I am admin for our webroot account.

Would I need to set up a user profile for him in order to get this installed on his phone? Why can I not add second moble from webroot console? Is it because the console is associated only with me as admin?
Hello Marein,

I have WebrootSecure Anywhere Complete Mobile installed on 3 mobile devices. I am not sure why you cannot install Webroot Complete on your husbands device from the Google play store with your keycode. You should be able to install WSAComplete on 5 devices. In order to add a Mobile device to the Online Account Console you will need to install Webroot on your husbands device.

You can always add another user in the Account Console by "Managing Users" and give your husband Administative  permission.

Please see if these instructions will help http://www.webroot.com/us/en/products/wsa-installer-download

Webroot SecureAnywhere Complete installs 3 apps on your mobile device. Look for these icons in the All Apps list (we recommend placing shortcuts to them on your Home screen for convenience).

http://www.webroot.com/shared/images/business-secureanywhere.pngSecureAnywhere: Provides advanced antivirus, Internet security and identity protection. This app also helps you find or remotely wipe your device if it's lost or stolen, and locks the device if someone puts in a different SIM card.

http://www.webroot.com/shared/images/business-backup.pngBackup & Sync: Enables you to store and access your digital life anywhere you're connected. Back up important files, show off family pictures, and save your music library to the cloud.

http://www.webroot.com/shared/images/business-secureweb.pngSecureWeb: A secure web browser that keeps you safe as you surf the web. This app also provides access to your secure login credentials and form-fill profiles stored in the Password Manager (in your SecureAnywhere account).

Hope this helps?

I am feeling really dumb now. I did send request to set up console profile for him. And did so by using link sent in e-mail. However, I was unable to do so because it would not accept keycode, kept saying keycode invalid. I've tried activating using my webroot account and get message invalid password(161).
