My mobile Chrome browsing is sometimes affected by S3 amazonaws.com pop-ups which obliterate my browsing page from local Los Angeles news television stations:
kabc.com
ktla.com.
Please investigate and notify the news organizations they have unwelcome AWS pop-ups that redirect without warning.
My Webroot protection doesn't block the persistent and annoying interruptions either.

May I ask if you have installed any new programs lately? I woulld clean out my Hisitory/Cache and see if that helps?
Other then that I would adviser you to Submit a Support Ticket which is free of charge with a Webroot subscription.And they can advise you.
