I think that in this case I would Open a Support Ticket and ask the Support Team to advise/take a look as it sounds as if it may been something deep under the covers. As far as I can tell by search previous posts this would not appear to have been raised here before, so please, as and when the Support Team respond and sort the issue, do come back and let us know...this would be useful feedback for us going forward.
