SecureAnywhere preformed a scan found the threat

 

Android.Scanner1.Bad

Retail Demo Mode

com.customermobile.preload.vzw

 

And I cannot remove it by clicking the 'Remove Threat' button. Repeating the scan continues to find this threat and doesn't let me fix it. Appreciate any advice you can provide .  Using a Google Pixel phone with latest OS.
