For some reason we cannot log onto wifi on our phones, is this being blocked from webroot??

In my opinion to answer your question Webroot is...

 

Webroot will not block your Wifi access to your phones.

Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community!

 

I have never seen Webroot block any of my Wi-Fi connections on my Phone or Laptops. Try what Sherry suggested and look at the article.
