Have you locked yourself out of your Android password at startup? If that's the case you might need to contact your cell phone provider or do a hard reset on your device.

 

If you forgot your password you can go to your web consoleand click on cant log in to the right of the log in button.

 

You can also contact customer support, they will be happy to assist.
