I know you probably been there and done that with my issue. I purchased the Webroot Security for my Samsung Galaxy 4-5 months ago, recently purchased new HTC Android phone. I have the Webroot on my new android, would like it deactivated on my Samsung so I can give the phone to my sister. Can you help me with this? Thanks Much!

Hello pnec2000, Welcome to the Webroot Community Forum. 😃
TripleHelix is correct. You'll need to sign in to your online console, click Go To Mobile Security, click the phone, and click Remove Device. This does not remove the app itself however. It just removes the entry from the online console.
To remove the app from the device, you'll need to remove it via your phone's Settings area. On my Android 2.3 device, the path is Settings > Applications > Manage Applications. This may vary depending on your OS version.
