Over the past month I have been getting a warning from the Samsung  S10e system (Android 12) that Webroot is consuming too much CPU and to disable it.  I’ve also noticed that the phone get very hot even when not charging.  It has 59.5 of 128 GB of Storage available.  Also has 2.7 of 6GB of memory available.  Should I just remove Webroot?

Hello @donherbert

Thanks,

I agree with Daniel, get support involved. I have used Webroot on Android without issue, so I’m guessing there is a conflict with another program, or maybe even an infected program or file that Webroot is trying to deal with that is causing this issue. Are there any reports from Webroot itself?  Please report back when support has resolved this as I’m very curious as to what they find. Thanks

Thanks for the quick response. I’ll definitely follow up here.
