I am assuming that you smartphone OS is Android? If so then to start with you need to check out this KB Article to work out which is the correct version of the mobile version of WSA.

 

The see these articles for installation instructions for the free version or premium version depending on which version you are going with.

I installed from mobile phone - would not take my keycode, loaded free version. Webroot's help and support suck. It took me over 2 hours to complete!.
Did you check as to whether you are entitled to use the premium version? There can be some confusion as to what mobile version maps to which PC/Mac version of WSA. That is why the KB Article was produced.
