Hi carolct

Welcome to the Community Forums.

Please check that you are using the application correctly by review this page from the online user guide for WSA Mobile SecureWeb.

Post back to advise as to the situation and if necessary we will look to provide additional assistance.

Thanks for your help. Much appreciated.

I see on the help file it says:

"To use password management on your Android device, you must first define password-managed sites. For more information, log in to your Webroot SecureAnywhere account at my.webrootanywhere.com."

When I log into my.webrootanywhere.com on my PC I cant see anything on defining password-managed sites.

Feeling thick at this point.

Further help please 🙂
Hello ?

Please have a look at this help page, and see if it clarifies anything for you: http://live.webrootanywhere.com/content/705/Updating-password-managed-sites

Under Passwords>Sites tab?

Also, may help: http://live.webrootanywhere.com/content/701/Accessing-Passwords-from-your-account

I'm no expert on Android, but I'm thinking you have to tap to "refresh sites" then, as seen here:

   http://live.webrootanywhere.com/content/1275/Using-Password-Management

    • More - Displays Refresh Sites and Help. If you made recent changes to your password-managed sites from your PC, tap Refresh Sites to download the changes to your mobile device.

Hi, I can't even access passwords by logging in to Webroot via a webpage. It has a loading bar in the middle of the page and gets stuck at about two thrids done.

All worked fab until we wanted to use it on mobile.

Help 🙂
Ah sorry, I just added about accessing passswords.

Could be that Support may be needed, and I'd advise waiting until either ? or ? can help us out here.

Dont ask how we've done it but it is working now. Not a very intuitive process I have to say.

Thanks for the input everyone.
Glad to hear it's been sorted out for you, and thanks for letting us know. 😃
