I am having a issue with my log in. When I downloaded my app for my phone and I put in the email, password and my Secure Anywhere complete keycode in the log in box,  I recieve a error message saying:

 

Error

Login failed. The email or password you entered is incorrect.

 

Since the log I used the same log in on to check the status of my computers that are associated with that account and it works fine.

 

But I just don't understand why it not letting me log in.
