When I scan on my android phone it only starts to scan and stops then looks to reset my phone and remove my wallpaper. Some apps shutdown in the middle of operation. Please help.
Further info. What I have also noticed is that it will only scan about a quarter way and when it gets to scan WIFI is when it shuts down.

Got the assistance reply I requested. I reinstalled and it did not work last night. But rebooted my phone several times and this morning it seems to be working fine.
