Where have my Webroot antivirus tools gone? And I have tried everything but paying a high fee to get them back. Yet, they are already paid in advance for this service. Crazy! Thank you, Tom

Hello ?,
Welcome to the Webroot Community.
Please check if Webroot SecureAnywhere is listed in your Programs. Start Button-> All Programs.
?
If it is not listed then please follow the steps closely!
I was also wondering who was asking you for a high fee to get Webroot back?
Thanks,
bd

Hi Help123
Welcome to the Community Forums.
If I may just add to what BD has posted...in some cases WSA does disappear completely from not only from the Desktop and/or notificaiton tray but also from the Start Menu.
In those cases the only sure fire way to check if WSA is running is to open the Task Manager (right click on the task bar and select from the dropdown menu) and see if yo can see the following running under Processes:
?
If present then you know you are protected but if not present then most likely WSA is no longer installed.
Hope that helps further?
