Hi, due to having quite a number of problems during the last 6 months with my Kindle which has resulted in my having to reset it to factory settings I now find that I cannot use the above software (downloaded & paid for from the Amazon app store) due to my registering it too many times, I have deleted all the entries from my online webroot account but still I can't use the app, it has been working for around 5-6 months with no problem & until tonight I could just enter my account details no problem, it says the device currently doesn't have internet access & underneath it says key attachment has been exceeded yet I can access the web & download other apps with no problem.
