My old phone is asking for a password since my mom tried to put in her sim card. It is not accepting my password. What to do? My mom needs a phone and we cant afford to buy her another one?

Hello Vicmc02, welcome to the Webroot Community!
You must have had Lost Device Protection enabled in your WSA-Mobile. A change of SIM card will trigger it to lock the device, but I guess you have noticed that.
There are a couple of options to unlock it.
1) The password it is asking for SHOULD be the same password that you use to log into your Account Console.
2) Since you are giving the phone to your Mom, my guess is that it would not be a problem to have all data on the device wiped. It would, in fact, probably be a very good idea to do so. You can bring the phone into your Service Provider and have them do a factory reset on it. That will wipe all data of yours, AND get rid of the password it is asking for.
I hope this helps!
