i have installed webroot mobile security and antivirus on my android device but i cannot get started.
it asks me to create a webroot account but when i try to sign in it displays an error message"your device currently doesn't have internet connection. raw error: malformed licence check responce received".
this doesn't mean anything at all because i have internet connection perfectly well.
in order to sign in i had to visit webroot's url.
but still when i tried to log in, the same problem occured.
please let me know why is it happening?

In order for your My Webroot Account sign-up to complete successfully, you will need to log-in and create your Personal Security Code, Security Question, and Security Answer from a computer.
After you have succesfully completed signing up and creating these credentials, please access a 3G/4G or Wifi connection on your mobile device and try to access the app again.
